How long would it take for my order to arrive?
After payment has been confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 business days for an order to ship out (excluding weekends and holidays). For orders within National Capital Region (NCR), the delivery period is 3-5 days. For orders outside NCR, the delivery period is 5-10 days. Shipping schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Any delays caused by weather conditions, the courier's internal issues, or other fortuitous events are beyond the control of Alpha Line.

How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us here.
Can I make any changes to my order?
We highly encourage reviewing all the provided information before checking out. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change any of the details submitted.
What is the refund & return policy of Alpha Line?
